Preface : Here's the second comment DVD (of 6, plus a comment CD) for breakin' holiday's breakout single, LILITH!

Preface : I've finally finished translating these comment DVDs and CDs, so I have quite a few lined up. In total, for LILITH, there were seven, all available from different shops. It was a bit expensive, but I'm happy to support this great band!

Preface : Since this video was quite short, and I've got a plan in mind for the next few weeks' worth of posts, I decided to post this comment today as well.

Preface : Exam week at school means I can get a bunch of transcriptions and translations done! It's been a long time, and some unfortunate news has since come out about NCBL, but in the meantime enjoy some more of these dorks' comments for the WHITEOUT EP.

Preface : Another belated update! I picked up DIR EN GREY's new album last week, and have put some thoughts together on it. It was a bit of a challenge, and I don't know all the fancy music-lingo, so please forgive me for generic thoughts and feelings.

Preface : I haven't posted about DADAROMA before yet, but their music is extremely good. They began activities in late 2014, and have gained significant success. They held their first oneman show in January, 2015. Their style of music leans towards metalcore, so if that's your thing, I definitely recommend checking their songs out. There's no time like the present, especially with today's update… 

Preface : For the first time in a long time, here's another blog update~ Today I have some exciting news to share with you for breakin' holiday. It's a small update, but I think an important one, and one that shows they're on the path to success.

Preface : For the third consecutive week (a day late because yesterday was a gong-show, my apologies), I have another Comment DVD translation! This time it's from a shop called Like an EDISON. I hope you enjoy!

Preface : Here we have the second Comment DVD for NOCTURNAL BLOODLUST's EP WHITEOUT. This time it's from a shop called little HEARTS.

Preface : I received my copy of NINTH on the storefront day (see the FYI entry about furage for more information if you haven't read it yet), June 12 th , and have listened to it and would like to share my first impression of the songs and the album as a whole. Evidently, this will contain spoilers, so if you don't want to spoil your first listening experience of this album, you have been warned.

Since the GazettE is releasing their new album, NINTH, today (6.13), I thought it was appropriate to share this little phenomenon that happens in Japan. I hope you enjoy!

Preface : Following with the recent update regarding Comment DVDs and Comment CDs, here we have the first Comment DVD translation! U nfortunately I do not have the capabilities of copying the video footage from the DVD, nor the legal right to share said footage, but I have translated the spoken contents for your understanding and entertainment (they are funny, funny guys).  As the title of this update suggests, this is the Comment DVD for WHITEOUT that I received from a CD shop called ZEAL LINK. I hope you enjoy!

Hello! This post will be a little different, as it's not a translation of anything but will act more as a heads-up of sorts. It's relevant however, because I have been translating material directly related to this subject.

Preface : This is my first time translating lyrics, so I'm still a little nervous. I was at the tour final on 3.10, and Hiro said some things in an MC about their recent songs -thematically- and gave me more confidence that I could do this justice. Musically and vocally, it's an absolutely beautiful song, and I strongly recommend it. I've also included the original Japanese, and romanised lyrics.

Preface : For my first entry here, I think this interview is appropriate. I bought this magazine a little under a year ago, and was taken by how beautiful the accompanying photoshoot was, and the amusing and interesting contents of the interview itself. I hope you will also enjoy it.
